a couple months ago i accidentally put a dragon in my hibernal den that wasnt at 100% but i looked at my hd just now and it is at 100% now? was it announced that you can feed dragons in the hd now and i missed it or what?

All dragons on the site had their energy topped off on June 8th as part of the Anniversary Celebration, including any that were in the den. You still cannot feed dragons in the den yourself.
