Skylea95 that's a good guide to use if you're going for Golem Workshop, yep.
people farm there to get Copper Filigree armor, Stone/Frost Borers (the rarest and most expensive boss familiars due to their low drop rate and difficulty of the venue), and components for Baldwin/Swipp.

This guide here shows you the best places to grind to get the type of food you want, as well as for profit from hoardselling:

There is also Crystal Pools for Soft Pink Silks, which can sell for a lot, and the Waterway which now has a Swipp item for the Firefly gene (Fanned Cockroach). There are a few other places as well, and if you plan for Eliminate, Sandswept Delta has had many reports of success.
