A lot of my dragons no longer have a breeding cooldown, as in they are ready to be bred, but not all of them show up when I go to breed them in the nesting grounds. Is this a glitch or are other people having a similar problem? What may be the cause of this?

Some of your dragons have no energy. Feed them to breed them.
