I've just been anxious for my hatchlings to grow up so that I can breed them. Does anybody know a specific time period in which your hatchlings will grow to adults? Does it differ from other species of dragons? Please ping me and reply if you have an answer.

Hatchling become adults after 6 days (just to make aging simple), they become breedable once their breeding cooldown is over. Which means between 15 and 35 days depending on breed.
