These are not limited to black or white dragons. The Monochrome Hub's focus is dragons with a uniform color.



With the various new colors and genes it's been increasingly hard and way too complicated to set up strict rules, so from now on, what qualifies as a monochrome dragon will be left to the user's judgement.

Genes like PoiTox are to be handled with care. They're mostly too contrast-y but some exceptions like Teal (?) PoiTox are acceptable.

Matching eyes are prefered, but not required.


Color Bands:

Shadow Band: Darkness or Water Band
Water Band: Shadow or Lightning Band
Lightning Band: Water or Nature Band
Nature Band: Lightning or Wind Band
Wind Band: Nature or Light Band
Light Band: Wind or Fire Band
Fire Band: Light or Earth Band
Earth Band: Fire or Plague Band
Plague Band: Earth or Arcane Band
Arcane Band: Plague or Ice Band
Ice Band: Arcane or Darkness Band
Darkness Band: Ice or Shadow Band


Tiers:

Imposter/Phoney/Deceptive
The colors are all over the color wheel or actually way too contrast-y, but look monochrome thanks to genes like stained
example: white/white/caribean
no: ?/?/underbelly
acceptable: ?/?/stained
Acceptable: Stained, Basic, Spines (*)


Fluke
Colors look close range, but one comes from a different band
(e.g. Mulberry (shadow) + wine (arcane))


Harmonic
Colors are from two neighbouring color bands that fit
(e.g. blue+green)
e.g. aqua-seafoam-jungle


Monochrome
Colors are from one color band
(e.g. blue range)


Uniform
Colors are XXY, XYX, XYY, XXX with both colors being right next to each other.

If you're interested in purchasing dragons, you got two options: The general and the specific wishlist

The general pinglist is only seperated into colors, which means you may get pings for dragons you're not interested in.
The specific wishlist means you may be overlooked a lot.

If you got added to the spreadsheet without your consent, message rooty and I'll add you to the blacklist
