but yeah, I agree. I have a lot of shiny luck for some reason and it kind of stinks to expect a fav pokemon to have some cool shiny and it turns out to be something gross (cough, cough, Sableye)

Back when Pokemon used to be pixels, game freak was limited in the amount of colors that could be chosen. Because of shading and other limitations, shinies in previous generations were basically random.

3D model pokemon shinies have no excuse.

Shiny Noibat is amazing, and I like shiny Noivern but... why couldn't they just stick with the black and electric blue theme??

Also, whoever made shiny Flygon a thing is an absolute LEGEND!!

since we kickin the bucket with th new rules they could update the old shinies. my faves luckily look good as shiny or are already 10/10 as normal, but ugh some are eyesores
