Baldurs Gate 1 & 2 are $5 each right now

Suggestion: Look up how to mod the originals instead of picking up the EEs. Beamdog's track record with Baldur's Gate is uh... let's just say, be really hyped for who's doing the third game because BD almost got a chance at it. It basically turned the worst possible scenario into the best one.
Wait, the originals aren't even stocked on Steam anymore due to Beamdog being butts and attempting to replace every sale of the original games with their own version. Well, you just missed the GOG sale, and those have the originals included.
If you insist on the sale, don't pick up Dragonspear at least at first and use the mod that removes BD's own NPCs. You may even want to just pick up the sequel; BG1EE has completely different balance due to using the sequel's engine (it's called TuTu in the original mods), and the game doesn't really make up for it.

Sonic Mania's pretty good- and its only $6.79 right now. Most of the zones are remakes from previous games, but they did a stellar job with making sure they were still fun & had something new to offer in their second acts. Music is great, and the graphics are too. It also feels nice to actually move around, something other games in the franchise sometimes seem to have trouble getting right.
It also has DLC thats $2.49 currently. It adds two characters and the 'encore' mode that gives all the levels a new color palette and has a character switching thing where you have two chars on screen and switch between them freely, sometimes hitting item boxes to change which ones you have.
It's normally $25 with DLC, which is... still a steal if you ask me. Not sure if sonic games are your thing but it might be worth checking out.
(also sonic adventure 2 is like $2.49. it has its fair share of issues but its not bad i swear)
