The birds I'd rate 9/10 since they're a near-threatened species, but your set up is 11/10! They look like they have plenty of room to fly, plenty of toys and since you have two they won't need to rely on you for socialization! Excellent parrot care right there. Not to mention they aren't cooped up at all moments.
