I love Spore! If I ever made a top 10 list of my favorite games, it would definitely be near the top. I can't share any of my creations though, I've been avoiding making an EA account for years. Maybe I'll provide some screenshots in the future?
My fondest memories include making a creature that looked nearly identical to a lemon (and then watching their society crumble), and wandering around in Creature Stage until I discovered the Epic creature in the distance happened to be the one that walked on his elbows.
It's basically become a contest between my brother and I to design the most strange, hideous, and unfit-for-survival beings in existence, and then search the galaxy to collect them into a single solar system.

I love Spore! Just got Galactic Adventures again and made a new creature for a new playthrough. The Xaxos empire are Ecologists and I am happy with them so far - except for my captain's performance in The Temple of Spode mission. In that mission you protect a priest from invaders, so you must attack the invaders quickly lest they hurt the priest. Bites are a natural attack that comes with the mouth part, and they are the quickest attack method. Of course, before tribal stage I gave my creature a mouth with level 1 bite attack :/ So I can't really progress that much because I can't defend the priest very well.

I used to play the heck out of Spore when I was younger. Must've easily spent 1000+ hours playing it. I got it on Steam awhile ago to go back and relive those glory days, but I found it to be a bit boring. Still, it's nice to go back to it from time to time.

I've tried playing through the whole story, but always get bored around the building part. So, I mostly just make random creatures when I feel like it. Haven't played in awhile though.

I loved Spore! And I still do! When I first owned Spore I would usually just try to recreate my favorite things or look up other people's creations. Usually it was Pokemon but I remember looking up Spongebob and finding a really ugly spongebob creature. Some of the building were identical to the ones in spongebob tho.
Honestly I never really liked the stages past creature, I feel like they should of expanded upon that, like you could still progress but you could explore other civilizations. Never really explored the Space stage but since I own it now on steam I'd like to try it out sometime in the future.

In one of the last Steam holiday sales I got Spore and its two expansions, but I haven't played extensively in some months. I have right now a spacefaring herbivore race and a tribal carnivore race.
Usually I go complete pacifist throughout all five stages, thus ending up as a Shaman in the space stage by the end, though for the herbivores I ended up with a rather warlike species and so I want to make the carnivores very peaceful.
My favorite way to make a creature in the creator is to take a blob and slap limbs, eyes, and mouths all over it. Then I stretch the limbs in absurd ways.

Hey, friendly reminder to drink water, stretch, and take a short break if you can. Stay healthy! Also, don't forget about any chores or tasks you might be putting off.
The only reason i ever stopped playing it is because my copy bugged out and i still can't get my parents to help back up the files and install it on my current computer even after like 6 years of asking.

Heh, I used to have Sopre on my old computer but it kept crashing and deleting all my progress. Probably because I bought the disk.
I completed creature stage so many times, but only sometimes I could start tribal stage. It just kept bugging for me.
