While the episode itself isn't lost, there's a part of the Spongebob episode 'Just one bite' which doesn't air any more. It was only aired for like a couple months before it was cut.

Not really a lost episode, but more of a shelved one, but you get the basic idea. There was a shelved episode of Sesame Street where Snuffy's parents got a divorce.

There's a pilot for Gravity Falls that was released a few summers ago! At first you needed a special password to go to the site and view it, but now you can watch it here!
