Because I'm still kinda salty about buying Heart Gold for the sole purpose of getting a Teddiursa and SURPRISE! They stuck it in the Silver remake instead. I love Skarmory, Meowth and Vulpix but was willing to give them up (I had no friends to trade with and couldn't use the GTS at the time) to have a Teddiursa for the first time, so... Yeah.
