kanto - indigo (tbh mostly because of indigo plateau xD)
johto - blue

Sorted by primary type[s]or what I think is primary type, didn’t check Bulbapedia[/s], but I can redo it to put Pokemon in both categories they fit in. I don’t know if you wanted the tapus, either, since I think they count as legendaries but I’m not really sure...? I put them in anyway. I loved lycanroc for the most part but there were some serious times its rock typing left me in a lot of trouble, being weak to water, grass, and fighting (especially in trainer battles), so I might look at Mudsdale unless you have some pokemon planned to easily clean up those types
