There are a couple things of importance here!
Firstly, the sheet is updated!
Second, I have majorly updated the Ingredients tab! You'll need to copy the entire tab over to your own sheet and fill it out again, but I have eliminated the need for the endless copying to update the list - the sheet does that automatically!
(I also made a few tweaks to the conditional formatting... If it breaks, let me know!)

So i made a copy of the sheet but now my ingredients tab is a little wonky saying i don't have permission for the spreadsheet in which you are importing the range from? Should I request permission or is there a different fix for this?

Sorry for the late reply! IRL issues and all.
I knew I forgot something! Yes, request permission, you'll only need to do it once though.
It'll take a few moments to register (I have to manually give permissions per sheet).
It's a tiny bit of a hassle in the beginning, but I figured it was better than the constant copy-paste from before.
I'm still working out the bugs in the sheet, so if the request access doesn't work after a full 24 hours, let me know again.
