These guides are going to be so handy! I want to contribute to these collections and I'm looking into how to do it. I do have one suggestion though. I think the guides would be easier to use if they were split into different categories.

One category for simple showcases of matching XXX combinations (basic tertiary counting as an X), and one for more complex examples that mix and match different gene sets and colors. What do you think of that?

That set-up would probably make it a lot easier to find the guide you want. I still would have to think about how to set it up, but if you have any suggestions you can tell me.
