@Ecology not really, the only way you can resize is making it a certain, very small size
For instance, let's say you want to put a small thumbnail image of this dragon in a second column so it doesn't create a scroll bar on your post:
What you have to do is, instead of using BB code, you just change the url:
Now, the image will look like this:
I only know how to do it with existing dragons and I'm not sure if you can do this with scrying workshop dragons or outside images. If it isn't an existing dragon and/or you want it a certain size, you'll just have to resize the image in a picture-editing program and upload it to an image hosting site such as imgur
