Sorry if this is a silly question, but what is the best way to get our subspecies listed here?
I would be happy to fill out the little questions/form you have listed towards the beginning of the thread, but I've been looking through and it looks like everyone else is just sending you to their thread/hatchery and you're filling out the questions about their subspecies yourself. Which way would you prefer?
(Running a thread like this is hard, I'd like to make your life easier!)

The best way to get your subspecies listed here is to first post a thread on the Nature forums and see what other members of nature flight think about it. If folks like it, then I'll add it to this hub. If you want you can use the form I have listed, so when folks from nature flight approve of the new subspecies (they typically do), I can just transfer it right over. :)

Thanks for letting me know! I'll update the link right away! :)

Since my Infused subspecies is open to all flights, and its official lore/hatchery post is in the public Dragon Share forums, I guess I'm not sure if making another post about it in the Nature Forums would be considered spam or be irritating to people? But if you think it's still a good idea then I'd be happy to.

I'm not sure if it would be spam or not, but if you say that it's to see if the nature folks think it should be listed in the nature subspecies public hub you should be fine.

for additional information on butterfly (imitations) you may want to ask Lepidopteron his entire lair is focused on Butterflies.
or he has a thread in the dragons wanted forum about the butterfly project.

I was made aware you had an open slot for chicken dragons?
Check
this out
Would this be acceptable?
If you need me to make some different headers for your thread let me know!
(It would be okay if you just listed the common breed with a link to the more advanced options?)

Sorry for the delayed response, I've been busy these past few days.

Thanks for letting me know! All of their butterflies would be considered a Specialty Butterfly variant. That is a very cool lair.

Ooo, I like your chicken subspecies. Nature Flight already has a chicken subspecies, but it's vastly different from yours. I could add yours but one of them may need a slightly different name to differentiate the two subspecies.

Could my Walking Leaves subspecies be included in the Imitators and W-Z sections? ^^

[*]Tertiary Gene: Basic, Smoke, Spines or Stained

[*]Acceptable Breeds: Mirror and Wildclaw
[*]Acceptable Eye Colors: Nature
[*]Lore:These dragons look like carnivores, but they do in fact eat very little. Instead, they absorb energy from the sun by means of the chlorophyll in their skin, just like plants do. To this end, they also drink a great deal of water.
It is suspected that they carry symbiotic green algae in on their skin, which soon fuse with their cells to turn into chloroplasts – cell organelles also present in plants and responsible for photosynthesis. This theory is supported by the observation that all walking leaf dragons are born in Nature, where nests are lush and green. Some of that verdure may creep in along the seams at the top of the egg where the leaves sprout, joining the developing hatchling.
However, only Mirrors and Wildclaws have the ability to form this symbiotic bond. Perhaps this is because they were created by the sister deities of Plague and Nature. Plague dragons are more inclined to survive alongside microbes that might harm other dragons, while Nature dragons thrive with plants as close as possible, even microscopic ones like algae.
Walking leaves require a lot of sun to grow strong. The wings may turn autumnal when the temperature drops and the days get shorter. In these conditions they will eat more regular dragon food, and they also become more lethargic in unideal weather. They enjoy the company of plant-like familiars – such as druids, stranglers and janustraps – and prefer not to wear much if any apparel, since covering their skin inhibits their energy intake.
[*]Additional Notes: There is also a sub-subspecies that is based on Walking Sticks; all things identical except they're spirals.
[*]Hub: Don't have a hub yet... just the discussion on the Nature Forum.
