Sorry for the late reply. Hatcheries make and maintain their own pinglists. People will ask to be on one if they're interested in your pairs. I've seen a lot of breeders keep track of this on their hatchery threads. You can browse other peoples' hatcheries on the sales forum to see how each person handles it. I hope that helps!
