It’s possible that you might complete all of the gene breeding achievements on your own without deliberately working for them, but that would require that you have at least one dragon for every gene- and even then, it would probably take a very long time. It will take you some time, but it’s a relatively cheap and easy project:

Go to the AH, and search for the cheapest female plentiful with three different genes. For example, you might buy a female Guardian with Clown/Stripes/Circuit.

Repeat this process until you have all of the currently-available gene achievements.
The reason I recommend different breeds is to give yourself a chance at getting the Quintuplet achievement. I recommend plentifuls so that they’ll be ready to breed again sooner, just in case you need to try again for their particular genes.

Choose a coliseum venue appropriate to (or lower than) your dragon’s level that tends to have commonly occuring groups in which all enemies are casters. I recommend trying this in the Sandswept Delta.

Need Both?
For the most efficient way to complete the previous two achievements simultaneously, you need a full team of three dragons: two casters and one "tank".
Here's how you'd set it up:
Caster #1 casts Reflect on itself, meditates until it needs a new Reflect. It should do nothing else.
Caster #2 Does absolutely nothing except Meditate.
Tank Guards/Anticipates for Caster #2, does nothing else.
It will work best against an enemy team of 3 casters, so you'll need to keep refreshing or fight through a lot of other battles until you get one. It will probably take you a few battles vs 3 casters to complete both achievements, but this should still be faster than attempting them one at a time.
As long as you continue to progress through the coliseum with a team of three, you will eventually get 4 of the 6 achievements. You could then train up three more teams to get the remaining achievements, or…
… you could use two of your level 25 dragons, statted to train exalt fodder, to train the remaining 7 dragons up to level 20.
Or, barring the previous two methods, you could just buy a pair of level 25 dragons statted to train exalt fodder. Drag 10 dragons through the mire until they reach level 20
Alternatively, you could find someone to sell you dragons that are just a few battles shy of reaching levels 9 or 19, and then you can quickly run them through the final few fights until they level.
Important Tip
The following achievements "Honor Guard" & "Affection for Reflection" can be completed somewhat simultaneously. After you've read how they each work, see the end of this post for an explanation of how to attempt them together.
Honor Guard
Guard
Ability Stone
A defensive maneuver that gives the caster a chance to come to the defense of one ally for five turns, taking damage in their stead.
300
Required Level: 3
Anticipate
Energy Stone
The caster steels themselves, reducing the damage of attacks made against them for the next turn, and generating 15 Breath when hit.
100
Required Level: 1
20

Affection for Reflection
Reflect
Ability Stone
Places a barrier around the target. This barrier has a chance to reflect harmful OR beneficial projectiles and spells.
600
