This guide lists every food, material, and trinket item in the game, as well as where they can be found. I simply couldn't find a guide that compiled all these items together and I wanted to be able to mark things off as a found them, so I decided to make my own. It's technically a guide to my own personal collection, but really, anyone can use it for reference if they want to.
Items are listed by the level required to get them (for gathering items) or the location they are dropped in (for coliseum items).

This species has managed to thrive even in the aftermath of two apocalypses. All divergent species of rabbit claim Old World rabbits as their living ancestors.
50
5
Snowshoe Rabbit
Meat
Foolish dragons plummet through banks of snow in pursuit of snowshoe rabbits.
50
5
Cottontail Rabbit
Meat
When confronted with tone-deaf dragons, smaller dragons will plug their ears with cotton balls. Larger species will plug their ears with cottontail rabbits.
50
5
Marsh Rabbit
Meat
Marsh rabbits produce an oil to act as a water repellent. While it does not taste very good, it is not an effective dragon-repellent.
Adult prairie skinks take wonderful care of their young... until they are old enough to appreciate the value of hard work and why don't you go out and get a job already and apply yourself!
100
9
Green-throated Skink
Meat
The more confident cousin of the Yellow-bellied Skink.
100
9
Weird Purple Skink
Meat
You could have sworn you saw a few of these running around Baldwin's cauldron the other day. Probably maybe fine to eat.
These mischievous critters are far more likely to eat through a lair's food stores than become a meal themselves. Delicious if you manage to catch one though!
65
7
Silver Raccoon
Meat
This nuisance is actually named for its propensity to steal and hoard silver ore and trinkets rather than for the color of its reflective steely coat.
65
7
Nooccar
Meat
Really, field researcher? That's the name you went with?
These territorial primates live in enormous family groups sometimes numbering into the thousands. You'll know if you stepped into the wrong part of the forest...
62
6
Plantain Poacher
Meat
Members of this clever species are known to pilfer dragon stores for fruits and vegetables, which they'll then trade to other monkeys in exchange for other delicacies. That's some monkey business, right there.
62
6
Firebearer
Meat
Members of this species will manually assist in the spread of natural forest fires by carrying burning branches to remote areas. Next time a hatchling 'blames it on the monkeys' they might actually be telling the truth!
Using a membrane connecting their fore and hind legs, the Treetop Glider can stay aloft for several hundred feet when jumping from tree canopies to lose stalking predators.
63
7
Sugarglider
Meat
This spritely nocturnal possum can be found quite commonly infiltrating and sometimes decimating sugarmelon crops.
63
7
Sugarstalker
Meat
Unlike its cousins, the sugarstalker is most active during the dawn and morning hours, opting to feed on insects that are still slumbering when the sun peeks over the horizon.
Though they prefer to live in wetland habitats, colonies of swamp rats have been known to infest dragon lairs across much of northern Sornieth.
63
6
Fancy Rat
Meat
For special occasions and anniversaries when not just any rat will do.

So a goose walks into a bar...
64
8
Brent Goose
Meat
These menaces are dangerous in large flocks. Also dangerous in small flocks. Even one is dangerous. Don't bother these geese.
64
8
Red-Breasted Goose
Meat
Red-breasted geese will often nest near dragon lairs. How well this strategy works depends on whether the lair is populated by Tundra or Wildclaw dragons...
This friendly iguana can be seen accompanying science teachers on educational trips, and has even been known to help drive a magical school bus. (Special thanks to CatalyticGenesis!)
65
8

Meat
Glowing with self-esteem, this reptile truly embraces the "Less is More" mentality. (Special thanks to ArtisanAlice!)
65

50
5

A tasty and addictive snack when roasted and salted.
50

50

60
6

62

62
7
Royal Oyster
Seafood
The more pearls these oysters produce, the higher they advance in their incongruous society. This one was a princess, which for some unfathomable reason makes it more tempting to dragons.

6
Mealworm
Insect
These little guys are actually a substantial source of protein if you can get past how yucky they look.

Dragons not of the water flight are unable to discern what manner of creature this spearhead came from. Those of the water flight will not speak of it.
Whether it's used to transport water, house fresh-cut blooms, or store an inordinately large collection of tiny stone animals, this vase gets the job done with style!
Tales of dubious validity. Hatchlings can't seem to get enough of them.

The blades of kelp sickles are carved from enormous shells found in the Leviathan Trench. They are incredibly sharp and do not have that pesky habit of rusting the second they touch saltwater.
