It must be my style though... I'm usually training in the Mire, but I wanted to try other combinations with my level 25s in other venues. But the new way I found was faster than what I normally did, which I found interesting, even if it's not
the fastest way (it was still fast to me). Anything fast for me is good, at least.
I've seen the guide before, though I prefer to keep the same stats build until I get more level 25s.

Depends on what you mean by that, I guess? I don't think I've seen any other INT builds than healers for a long while, and those are still relevant
Workshop should now be a bit more doable without a healer but I don't think I've seen anyone really recommend that, and training there still requires one.
Sedona team also usually has a healer.
Other than that, I see healers occasionally recommended for KB farming and I know there's one healer build that's meant to partner with a Mire Flyer to kill Toads, plus of course there's some experimental builds, but I can't say if any of those are extensively tested or optimised
Maki’s Guide has the updated versions of the basic builds and
Catvrix’s List of Coli Builds 2.0 has various less min-maxed alternatives

Yes, though unfortunately it's been a long while since Culex updated the stats so the Mire Flyer ones on this aren't that good anymore.
Maki’s Guide has the current ones (as well as the other main lv25 builds)

(I don't have exact numbers, hopefully Culex updates the 1-shot charts eventually. Or maybe there's an independent guide with numbers?)

The charts are based on Sylvandyr's guide:
Coliseum Skills and Enemy Stats. You need 134 STR to one-shot Eliminate Bullephant and Mammophant.
