At least it wasn't nearly as bad as usual; he's the brother (same clutch, no less) of one of the females, but I hadn't planned to pair him with that female. I'm trying to fight the clock and the RNG at the same time so I'm running a whole bunch of pairs that will interbreed further down the line; he'll complicate the tree a little, but I can probably still use him. (And even if not, he's so gorgeous I'm keeping him.)
