For me cherub and seraph are just like any other gene, the treasure genes in particular; great is some situations, terrible in others.

...I didn't even realize Cherub was made to match Seraph. GG me.

I don't care for it, though Seraph is okay by me, but I bred a couple for whom nothing else suits the the way their colors display

They are my only Cherub "survivors", probably due to the Glimmer. Purged the rest after too many unfortunate tertiary combos, though I like some aspects of it NOT including the doofy swirl!

[color=#3FAED4]I think Cherub is my favorite gene on the site. I love how it plays with the dark/light contrast while also having a gradient. The pattern is lovely too, swirls, wings, and all.
Butterfly is my secondary of choice to pair it with though. The color variants usually have a nice matchup and the size of the pattern works better.
I like Seraph too for the same dark/light contrast, but its not a favorite or anything. It looks best to me on simpler dragons, esp basic/iri primaries.[/color]
