The existence of the AH in canon lore is kind of... left up to interpretation I guess.

I personally like to lean towards AH not being real in canon, and instead dragons/beastclan familiars/eggs are sold illegally in a black market, while everything legal is just obtainable in normal markets.

i dare to say necromancy might me 'illegal' in majority of sornieth(except maybe earth), so necromancy services would definitely fall under illegal goods(i actually have a necromancer who resurrects dead dregs and sells those 'zombies' to others to use as servants or well, whatever they happen to need a half-rotting and living corpse)

otherwise yeah, dragon eggs, hatchlings, dragon body parts, illegal familiars, and maybe even recipes for some dark potions and brews, like mind-controlling potion, poisons, some other curse-type potions and heck, maybe even love potion if ya feel like that

Oh yeah, and cursed artifacts, especially ones from hewn city

Consider this: if Sornieth has a tax system (seems likely, only things certain in life are death and taxes), then any normal goods can be illegal if want to move them from place to place without paying those pesky extra fees.

Smugglers don't have to carry illicit dragon organs or beastclan slaves, they can have bags full of black market salt or tea that hasn't been taxed.

My lair has a small black market run by Vadalma. It deals in poisons and assassins, but it’s famous for being able to shelter dragons from the Tidelord and his prophets. Desperate parents might come to Vadalma begging to keep a hatchling from being exalted.

What would dragons even consider illegal? People have raised the issue of a lack of laws, so you'd be looking at taboo items, and even then like

Depending on the flight social conventions must change so much that I struggle to think of a single thing that would be frowned on by every single dragon in Sornieth. Within each flight there's the different perspectives of the different breeds to consider too - an imperial and a fae lead very different lives. They will have wildly different values and morals

What a Plague dragon considers wrong vs an Arcane dragon vs a Lightning dragon will be a seriously different selection

So there's probably a kind of farmer's market black market economy for local naughty things trade within flights, or on the border of a couple flights that have some similar ideas. But a global black market seems unlikely. And even then those who choose to trade in such things are probably seen more as specialist shopkeepers as opposed to criminals

I think there is a black market with Taboo items that would normally not be sold in the open market, PC Pearls, hard to find spices at high price, things smuggled in for whatever reason.
My clan has several dragons who deal in smuggling and black market items.

Smuggling rare, territory-specific resources between rivaling Flights, like Arcane and Lightning, seems likely. I could see selling runestones and magically-charged crystals for tech parts and maybe even working contraptions. There could also be exchanges of top-secret documentation like blueprints or journals to prevent or ignite tensions.

Or you could keep it on a smaller scale and make it inter-clan or inter-alliance. Maybe your leader outlawed something, so your smuggler supplies these items to their clanmates. Maybe there's conflict between your clan and another and your leader cuts off supplies, so your smuggler takes pity and decides to help bring goods back-and-forth.

Pearlcatcher pearls, Gembond gems, probably stolen goods (like valuable pieces of art, or Marva hats, or old Fest apparel), and likely untaxed smuggled goods if the local economy has taxes.
