nb4 her message is actually referring to a blinding explosion on the Sunbeam Ruin's boarder from the Shifting Expanse.

I'm curious as to the timeline these bits of lore take place. Are the stories being released in sequential order? If so then the power fluctuations that have been plaguing Lightning's sanctum for the past several weeks could be the result of whatever caused the mountain range to rise up in Arcane. Which would mean that whatever may be planned for the reactor, hasn't happened yet. If the stories are all happening around the same time, then again, the reactor isn't going to factor into anything we've read so far. I'm looking forward to reading the next three stories! Scrys to follow: Craklinne - She's described as "mottled" so I chose the speckle/freckle combo (sand for the desert). I was then going to use crackle as her tert (a play on her name) but it was too strong so I went with shadowy scales instead. Kind of a stupid thing for me to cling to but I LOVE that our trio is canonically brilliant but a bad knockoff of the Three Stooges. Like yes!! Yes!! Smart AND silly!! It's possible!! If they were just another "jerks that get away with being jerks because they're smart" cliche I would have cried.

I'm biased but this is the first of the new stories that I've really loved. Because...well. Because I'm biased. But! LIGHTNING! It was like reading a story about the dragons of my own clan! Just reading something in that setting and hearing all that dumb business talk makes me so happy.
