Riverwind leads the clan, and Windshearer has River as his charge, while the clan is River's charge. At first, River saw Wind as a threat and would chase him off, but once Wind explained [i]why[/i] he kept coming back she begrudgingly accepted his company. Wind isn't stupid tho, and realized the best thing he can do to make sure River is alright is to protect the clan, and so they protect it together. Wispwing and Aerius make an odd couple in that they both appear spooky, and dangerous.. but despite that they both just want to interact as though their skin isnt constantly sloughing off (Wisp) and their body isn't an illusion thats being barely held together (Aer). Wisp's love of the macabre like herself lead her too a downcast Aerius, who she cheered up and introduced to the clan, leaving Aerius to never stay to far from clan life since his arrival. At first, they found each other either a huge thorn in their side (Esta's opinion of Gwynne), or an annoying pushover (Gwynne's opinion of Esta), but started to tolerate each others company too, whoops? I think thats a crush? Gwynne's the one who is more unashamedly cuddly and sends Esta into a blushing mess while she tries to deny any possible reason that she's flustered, gosh.
