For me, I call
Days are still days
Months are called Moons
Years are called Cycles
And for me, every day that passes in the irl world, one entire moon passes.

This. I use all of the normal names for time measurements, my lore is set in a Light city so it makes a little more sense that they'd use specialized words. I don't call the months by their names though. ^^
