After confiscating the artifact, he put it through a rigorous set of analytic spells, never having seen anything of its like before. The Arcanist discovered that the orb could respond to questions asked of it, though the responses were constantly hazy and unspecific. Frustrated, he made a series of modifications to the orb before the next project demanded his attention, absently setting it atop a satin pillow in one of the Observatory’s many rooms.[/center] [br] [center][img]http://i66.tinypic.com/14wzx2r.jpg[/img][/center] [br] [center]As the dragons of Sornieth heard tales of this orb that spoke of the future and could tell one’s fortune, they made pilgrimages across the land to climb the tower and ask their questions.
