During the week of the Saturnalia, Levitos has a particular tradition: the Marriage of the Sea, a cermony where a Prince or Princess of the Sea tosses a diamond ring into the ocean to ensure safety and good fortune on the waves. While only locals seem to know the specifics of the rite, visitors still enjoy the spectacle-- and the lavish raffle that comes with it.

Near Levitos lies a chain of small islands; popular springtime retreats for many of its denizens who prefer peace and quiet during what they call "tourist season". At the Levitan islands, the locals celebrate the Saturnalia with a raffle of their own.

Being a city populated by Water dragons, Levitos is no stranger to the magic of divination. Due to its unique culture, though, the citizens often have equally unique ways of telling the future. Whether it's making decisions based on skipping stones or fishing for wishes, the Floating City has divining you can't find anywhere else. Levitans have one name for it: Hydromancy.

Whenever anybody thinks of the name "Levitos", the first thing that comes to mind is the gondolas. Levitans steer these small, curvy boats to and from the city most times and in the canals during the Saturnalia week, often offering rides to visitors. This year, there seems to be a tour company set up, with five different guides providing five tours around the city. Why don't you join one? I'm sure nothing could go wrong...

There's quite a commotion in a little building on the outskirts of Levitos. The Museo de Drago, a small museum, is holding a big contest: if a visitor can draw or write something truly representing Levitos or the Water Flight, their work will hang in the museum forever. A chance at immortality, of sorts? No wonder the Museo is so packed! Why don't you try?

Take a walk around Levitos and look at the clothing of the dragons passing by. Unlike many places in the Sea, where the residents dress in a practical way, the Levitans wear flowing silks and glittering jewelry. It's for this reason that the City of Whispers is known for its fashion, and the existence of the Fashion Show proves it. Every year, dragons strut their stuff in a variety of styles for one coveted position: ringbearer at the Marriage of the Sea.

Levitos is not known for its baking. For a city that is usually underwater, it can be difficult to fire up an oven. That little fact doesn't dissuade a particular Guardian, though: Momma Kyuth's Levitan pastries are known all over the Sea of 1,000 Currents. Her bakery is always bustling, but during the Wavecrest week, she's offering a promotion to boost business: buy a pastry and get a chance of winning raffle tickets. Who could resist?
