About the new Hydra enemies: they seem to have 'personality'. Are they technically a type of dragon (that we won't see in player lairs), or really just a big snake? How intelligent are they?

Can Bogsneaks and Snappers fly? They have wings, but they don't look like they'd be able to fly with their bulky appearance.
