Warm sand squishes between your toes and you inhale, noting the crisp, salty sea air as the Sea of a Thousand Currents unfolds before you. A belch catches your attention and you turn to see the Tidelord himself stretched out on the beach, swirling his drink with a claw, as he watches a series of bubbles drift to the heavens.
A sharp clinking sound pulls your attention away from the sunbathing deity and to a quaint Tiki Dive Juice Bar where dragons are milling about with fruity concoctions accented with silly little umbrellas.
The sharp scent of the sea fills your nostrils yet again as you look around at all of the sights that surround you. To your left is the Tidelord, who you just looked away from. You're almost afraid to meet his gaze, so you look to the right where you see a group of guardians having a spirited volleyball match with a very large volleyball. Down the beach a-ways a few tents are erected, but nothing inside them seems to move. In the other direction, some dragons are laying out on a variety of brightly patterned beach towels, snoozing or reading in the sun.
You wonder at the lack of festival activity. Where are all the banners and decorations? You traveled many miles to the Sea of a Thousand Currents for the Wavecrest Saturnalia, but there's barely a sign of it. You look perplexedly at the guardian volleyball match then steal another glance at the Tidelord, but true to form, the Water Flight does not reveal its secrets so easily. You sigh, and stare out at the sea.
Wait, what's that?
Could it be? You peer out farther into the usually clear water currently obscured by the ripples and waves brought about by the strong breeze. You inch closer to the water, and wade in a few feet. You step about the tidal pools, moving closer and closer.

As you ponder how to reach it, a friendly dragon pops out of a nearby tidal pool and calls to you. Turning around, you notice that they have a bunch of snorkeling equipment, and they appear quite willing to share. You gather that they're here for the express purpose of helping visitors reach the submerged boardwalk, so with their help you pop on a tank of air and dive down.
As you near the boardwalk, you can see that this is the spot with all of the Wavecrest Saturnalia decorations. They must have spent months building this boardwalk and all of the shops! You swim by and take a closer look.
