How do the admins communicate with each other? Like do you have private forums here, communicate via PM, have a Skype group chat, etc.?
We use a variety of ways, and will communicate through phone, IM, e-mail, and an organizational wiki style site depending on what we need to communicate. [br][br]
So, have all of the hints (Glow, Petals, Sneaky, and Hermit) been revealed at this point? And if they have can you give us some new one word hints?
Yes, they have all been revealed, though one was sneaky (and not the one you think!) and changed names midway through!

Glow - Ghostlight Ruins. It was originally named the oxymoronic "Darkglow Ruins", but we changed it before release!
Petals - Petals Gene
Sneaky - Bogsneak
Hermit - Hermit crab gathered fishing items
Try these on for size:

Cardinal
Alloy
Waves
Cacti
[br][br]
Does dominance play any factor when Gathering Items? For instance, Light is first now, would I be more likely to get a better turn out if I gathered in Light?
The only impact Dominance has on Gathering is the number of turns available to any player in one of the top three Flights for that week [br][br]
Is there a meaning to the runes from the eponymous tertiary gene, or are they gibberish/random ?
The runes are drawn with the intention of being random nonsense rather than drawing from a particular culture or established fantasy language. In terms of the meaning within Sornieth, they would invoke or call out varoius qualities or elements. [br][br]
Were the Woodland Path's Stranglers inspired in any way by the Pokemon Serperior?
No, but many of our early familiars do have a different sort of origin! Early on, before Flight Rising was in alpha, many of our familiars created from a combination of random prompts. In the Strangler's case, it was vine + snake. Lashers were porcupine + eel. Chargers were Oryx + Eel. Bramble guardians were bearded lizard + fungus, etc. It was a fun way to create creatures, and a couple dozen were created in this manner. [br][br]
How does the Marketplace Apparel/Familiars/ect get chosen to be put up for sale? Is there some shopkeeper behind the scenes choosing what to sell and how much? Or is it a complete random mix up that is controlled just by programing?
Every 5 minutes each shop has a chance to restock. When it restocks it has a chance to restock a random number of an item within a threshhold. The amount of each item is also a random chance within a threshhold. It's a cascading series of random!

The runes are drawn with the intention of being random nonsense rather than drawing from a particular culture or established fantasy language. In terms of the meaning within Sornieth, they would invoke or call out varoius qualities or elements.

How did the deities react to the appearance of the Bogsneaks? And did anyone point fingers at Arcanist?

Not asking this as a suggestion or for an ETA, but will it ever be technically possible to make the rollover period "instantaneous" (everything resets at 00:00 as opposed to taking half an hour to do so)? Or would this require major server changes to address?

In bogsneaks, the circuit gene covers the belly unlike other breeds. Will it get updated to not cover the belly or will it stay that way? Or will other breeds have their circuit gene updated to match the bogsneaks?

What is the arrangement for the 'Available Dragons' list in the Coliseum. It doesn't appear to have any pattern - not by name, breed, age, level, element, lair order, or arrival in lair.

Do the steampunk items - Brass, Bronze, Copper, Silver and Gold - perhaps based on the five types of Good dragons from Dungeons and Dragons? Or were they simply made that way because they're the most obvious metals?

What do the deities do if a dragon forsakes their elemental deity and turns their back to them, choosing to be a lone wolf of sorts? Do they get involved and serve out punishment for the betrayal or do they do nothing?

*takes notes* Cardinal, Alloy, Waves, Cacti, huh? I see, I see.
On a more serious note I am super thankful that you guys are still working on this as a team, keep giving us updates, handle community-aspects super well and listen to your userbase. This could have been a pay-to-win so easily but you didn't go for it. Thank you. Thank you for all the work you do and the effort and time you put into this site.
Sincerely, a user that has been through a lot of badly lead communities and pay-to-win websites.
