I imagine coatls, at least when carrying something in their front claws, to run something like a frilled lizard or common basilisk.
For me, Mirrors are cheetahs. I immediately made the association that their RL equivalent is a cheetah, so when I ever need a reference for them I immediately turn to those.
Pearlcatchers remind me of sturdy, stocky ponies, so. (A bouncy trot thing definitely suits them.)
I imagine tundras walk similar to a (pacing) lion, with that very deliberate, heavy/jostle-y gait that makes their shoulders sort of quake.
But in the winter they look like this.
The rest I either can't explain or make a comparison to, or they move just about how you'd expect? I'm not quite solid on imagining some, yet.
(All the spiral ideas here, though, I can't decide which I love more.)

BEAUTIFUL visual references. I was the one who thought skydancers -> galloping. Oh lawdy them's some messed up legs. At least they have wings for when they start...tumbling.

I always imagine my imps moving like inchworms. I think Fae would act kind of like snakes, all twisty and turny, though not to the same extent as spirals. I like the idea of coatls hopping, that never really occurred to me.
