They barely take note of the food sliding beneath their matter as they wander closer to the Snapper. These bacterial colonies really are a sight.[/i]

Certainly better than the Shifting Expanse's sky, what with all the light polution from the Tempest Spires. If Valena is going to show something even better, I wanna be there to see it.

The glowing bacteria was beautiful. The tour just started and Coal was already impressed. When he heard Valena calling for the other dragons to see the bacteria inside, Coal was ready to see. But as the sudden rush of dragons crowded around, the fae seemed hesitant. Though he was really curious and wanted to see he... didn't want to be crowded, even if it was for a short while. He was disappointing himself with this, he might be missing out, but he couldn't bring himself to push in to see. Besides, he could still look closer at the stalactites themselves.

After all, they still smelled fresh, and he thought that he might get hungry sometime through the tour. When the tour actually started, their first sight was a bunch of biolumenescent bacteria lining the walls, and he suddenly got bad vibes, remembering the last time he was in a cave with a bunch of glowing crap on the walls, but then also remembered the other two dragons he was forced to make the trip with too. He decided to stay close to the tour guides, not because he wanted to, but because he didn't want to be stuck alone in the cave if he were to be suddenly put to sleep by some toxin like last time. After all, it took that scardy-cat nerd North's medicine to make sure he was able to finish the trip, and that's the most important part of any adventure.

He wasn't sure why anyone would leave a good box of scones lying around, but he took one anyway. He wasn't going to let all of them go to waste.Then, he scurried back to the group. Along with the rest of the group, he followed the tour guides into the depths of the cave. Astrum was in awe at what he saw next. He was used to seeing glowing pink rocks back at home, but that was from magic. Glowing bacteria? He had never heard or seen something like this before! How could they possibly live inside rocks anyway? He wanted to know more, and started making his way through the crowd. [i]Those bookworms are gonna freak out when I tell them about this.[/i]

She really wanted to know more about the bacteria that lived inside rocks (can you imagine? Inside the rock!), but she also wanted to enjoy a bit of self-guided touring and gaze at the stalactites. The Skydancer huffed in frustration for a moment and groaned inwardly. Absently, she fiddled with one of her necklaces, twirling it round her claw as she went back and forth between her options. Why was this so hard? After a long moment, Sylphie finally settled on a choice. [i]Well, I can always ask questions later,[/i] she thought as she moved away to where the stalactites were waiting. [i]Hopefully the tour guides don't mind![/i]
