Baldr was amazed to see the transformation from the fenced-off field of scrubby grass that he was used to seeing in this spot to the incredible, glitter-dusted structure that seemed to have appeared from nowhere. He landed a short distance away from the gate and gazed through at the thick grass and shimmering cobblestones that led up towards the entrance to the sky-high building, marvelling at whatever feat of magic the Light dragons had wrought to either disguise this place during the rest of the year, or else move the building into this unoccupied spot in time for the Brightshine Jubilee. Both options seems equally impossible.
He spotted a sign hung on the open gate, which read, "Tours start at the entrance to the Glittervault."
He made sure that he still had his letter from Light with him, as he could see two dragons standing at the cavernous entrance of the building who looked like they might be checking invitations on the door. Then he set off through the gate. Though the thick grass was tempting, and he wondered what it might feel like against his claws, [b]he followed the glitter-dusted cobblestone path[/b] up to the entrance.
The golden flakes clung to his claw-tips and paw-pads as he walked and felt very strange, but Baldr decided that since he was about to tour the [i]Glittervault[/i], this was probably going to happen a lot, and he ought to get used to it rather than try to brush them off.
