Item Pool Rules
Food: Food items are a coliseum day. Borrowing Pinkerton’s Plundered nuzlocke the basic drops are as follows

Plants: 10-20 matches
Insects: 20-30 matches
Seafood: 30-40 matches
Meat: 40-50 matches
The venue will be determined by the level of the majority of the dragons and will be listed with the food item. You are required to ping me and list your starting exp and ending exp for your dragons for the day, this is to discourage cheating since there are prizes. You are also
encouraged to use potions/flee from battles in order to keep your dragons alive! Play it smart people!
Trinkets and Materials: Art days! If you want to stick to the original rules trinkets are visual art and materials are writing. However, since this this tournament isn’t focused on the arts, either writing or visual art is acceptable no matter the designation of the item. Prompts will be provided for each item but using the prompts is optional, it’s something to help you get started if you’re stuck.
No matter what your artistic endeavour is, it needs to meet two criteria. The first is that it must feature your nuzlocke dragon(s), the second is that it must be set in the current coliseum area.
Incorporating other players’ dragons is encouraged but make certain to talk to them first! Only offer constructive critiques of other players’ works if they indicate they’d like them on their sign up form.
All artistic creations will be linked on the front page of the main tournament thread for easy access.
Rules about Dragons
Obtaining Dragons: Dragons can either be bought off the AH or hatched yourself but they must be level 1 and they must have primary and secondary genes. They should be dragons that you like, because you may end up keeping them! If you want to buy dragons off the AH use this list and a random number generator to pick the breeds.

At the end of each round players without 3 dragons can obtain 1 or 2 dragons to raise their team level back to 3. This is the ONLY time after the start of the tournament you can obtain new dragons. The previous dragon-obtaining rules apply.
Dead Dragons: If your dragon runs out of health in the coliseum it is dying. The dying dragon needs to be sent to me where you can specify one of two actions. The first is that the dragon becomes part of the prize pool, the second is to have it exalted.
If you want your dragon to be exalted you will receive half of the payout, the other half will go towards the prize pool. If you exalt a dying dragon yourself, you will be removed from the tournament.
Round Rules
The round is over after a week and a half or when one or more players are eliminated. This timing is subject to change once things get underway and I figure out the best average time for a round! Currently this is just an estimate.
