(Player1) gets a boo-boo when they trip on a toy.

Not really sure if my ideas are good or not, but here you go :P

Nighttime:
Player 1 steals Player 2's pillow. (non-fatal)
Player 1 throws a tantrum, keeping players 2, 3, and 4 awake. (non-fatal)
Player 1 uses their blanket to suffocate player 2. (fatal for 2)
Player 1 is kept awake by player 2's snoring. (non-fatal)

Daytime (did you want fatal events for night or day, or just in general?):
Player 1 slips on a toy truck. (non-fatal or fatal, up to you)
Player 1 chokes while drinking milk. (non-fatal or fatal, up to you)
Player 1 steals Player 2's cookie. Player 2 gets angry and kills Player 1 for stealing their cookie. (fatal for 1)
Player 1 bullies Player 2. (non-fatal)
Player 1 stops Player 2 from bullying Player 3. (non-fatal)
Player 1 accidentally eats his/her marbles. (fatal, no pun intended) :>
Player 1 uses Player 2 as a trampoline. It doesn't work. (fatal for 2)

"Night-time" events:

The lights turn off. (Player 1) trips over (Player 2), hurting (himself/herself 1). (( Player 1 "dies." ))

(Player 1) is too scared of the dark to go to sleep.

(Player 1) sleeps soundly.

(Player 1) can't sleep, so (he/she 1) tries to wake up (Player 2). (He/She 1) fails, however.

(Player 1) refuses to go to sleep. (He/She 1) is given a time-out. (( Player 1 "dies." ))

(Player 1) sleeps in a very odd position.

(Player 1) hides under a table and eats (Player 2)'s snack.

(Player 1) and (Player 2) sneak outside and somehow get back home safely. (( Player 1 and Player 2 "die." ))

Fatal events:

(Player 1) tries to stand on a table. (He/She 1) falls and has to go to the hospital.

(Player 1) accidentally wounds (himself/herself 1) with scissors and has to go to the nurse.

(Player 1) runs and slips on a puddle. (He/She 1) breaks (his/her 1) leg and has to go home.
