But I'm tempted to sell him since I'm not having much scattering luck with him. I'm not sure on price but I would like to get some money back for at least some of the scrolls I spent on him.

@Supremacy unfortunately im not looking to buy to overpay. It isnt my main priority so i probably wouldnt be able to get u ur monies worth. I was looking to give 4kg tops. Please understand. Im also trying to get a lot of other fire primals for fire skins so i need to consider that too.
