Hmm they’re not neon but I do have these two girls for sale that have capsule and are stripey. Their parents don’t have lore per say but they’re the beginning of a fun rainbow family ^^

She isn’t exactly what you’re asking for, but I feel like this girl would make a good nurse! I put a scry of her as a spiral with ghost in her profile, if that helps :)

I've got these two pairs on nests. All four of them have lore (zoologist-type/Beastclan ambassador pair and a Plague-Nature mage/piece of flying earth pair) and they usually have pretty nice-looking green-range and tree-like kids, respectively.
