@DragonMaiden This is Belladonna! She has her Eliminate, is Arcane (good for the Mire, though idk if you want that), and has some of her other stones as well. I have her up for 350kt, but because she needs a Tincture (though then she can be whatever build you want, of course), and another Ambush, I could lower it to 300kt if you're interested. No need to respond if she doesn't catch your fancy. <3

DragonMaiden I do have a number of dragons for sale that can be set aside for training upon request and while I've been reluctant to do so, I can get an Eliminate or two off the AH (once I finish cutting my pesky left arm off, it never does anything right).
I will be following Culex's 'Dukes Leveling Guide' but you can rearrange the points however you like (or just tell me which build suits you and I'll do it myself). Each of my dragons have names and bios (you can change these so long as I'm credited, I'm working my way toward clanlore but it's slow right now). So look around and anyone you like most, we can discuss prices with more confidence.

DragonMaiden How about one of your own? I will level any dragon, except progens, to 25 for 125kt. Or, chose one of mine, page 5 no familiar, and I'll level them for 100kt. Typically takes 7-14 days depending on how much time I have to work on them.
