Is it a good nest rental group? Cause I've tried nest rental threads before (don't think I've tried that one) and have gotten zero responses back from nest owners, and it really put me off of those big threads when I get ignored completely.

Well it's a small group that's just starting out, and the person who runs the thread sends a PM every month to make sure people are active. You'll just have to give it a shot. Everyone is kind of independent and the group is more of a hub for people to be able to find them
