After a a period of dormancy, I decided to bring this back. It was originally the brainchild of @Chronicler, and I don't want to see it die out again.
So what exactly is this project? "Dragons for a little imagination" is a space in which writing is the only price to pay for a dragon. Be creative and express yourself- each dragon is free, but you must provide a paragraph or two of detailed writing in order to get one. To clarify, I'll quote from the original thread:
"Use your imagination. We expect a name (if unnamed or to know what you're changing it to.) and some info. Whether it's a memory, a full bio, a list of things they like and don't like, wishes and dreams for the future, a full story. . . just bring them to life a little, the content is up to you. We will not accept one or two lines as sufficient information."
Specify the dragon you want in a post on this thread (upload an image of them- forms simply describing a dragon, i.e "wasp/freckle/glimmer bogsneak", will be ignored, since nobody really wants to sift through every dragon to find out who you're talking about.
On the same post, write your story/lore/etc. Be sure to ping the owner of the dragon- for instance, if <user x> had their eye on the aforementioned bogsneak and it belonged to "somethingsomethingisuppose", they would @ that person- not me or any other prospective moderator, unless the dragon belonged to one of us.
2. You may reserve dragons, but only one at a time, for up to a week. Real-life obstacles and commitments are more than understandable, and if you need an extension, please DM.
3. Don't use this thread simply to obtain selling/exalt fodder. If you don't feel as though you want the dragon anymore, contact the owner- or send it back to this thread, in order for somebody else to take it. Technically speaking, you can't be stopped from doing what you want with your dragons, but it's just highly preferred that you don't get rid of them straight-up.
4. Unless otherwise specified, renaming is perfectly fine.
5. The moderators of this thread reserve the right to deny your application. This is not done out of malice, and any reasons for a decline will explain why. If anything, it's probably because of a lack of sufficient detail.
Include the images and/or URLs of the dragons you'd like to offer in a post, as well as any information about them that you deem necessary + anything you would like to be said to the adopter.
Dragons will stay in your lair- we don't hold/board.
If something happens to one or more of the dragons you put up for donation in this thread (exalt, selling, etc), it's your responsibility to indicate that, especially if we plan to keep the listing of available dragons accurate.
