Rules follow the general "give a __ , get a __" thread rules. Therefore the dragon you're posting and sending has to have both the vipera and hypnotic genes (non-basic tert is preferred but not necessary). Only send a dragon you aren't going to want back or regret sending. Post in brackets if you aren't participating. Ping the person above you when you post the dragon you're sending, then CR them. etc. etc. yadda yadda yadda...
