Everyone loves themed swap threads, and everyone loves swap threads where they get to choose what they want. Well, ever since the original
Give/Get a Theme popped up, I've had this idea rattling around in my head. In short, you request the theme you want, and someone else comes along and sends you a dragon fitting that theme, or however they interpret it. They request their theme, etc etc. There's only one small catch:
you must phrase your theme in three words or less. Bolding it is also recommended.
Ex.
BAD: I want a dragon with gold-range primary and a crimson facet secondary and spines! (Not a theme, just a list of traits.)- GOOD: I want a royal, kingly dragon!
BAD: Could I get a dragon that looks like a dark, spooky cave with silver or gold in it and gemstones? (Too long of a theme.)- GOOD: Could I get a dragon that fits this theme? Gem-studded Cave
BAD: A Garnet dragon would be nice. :) But please, only coatls or wildclaws and no tiger/stripes, clown, speckle/freckle, crackle, or okapi. (Too many restrictions and too many words.)- GOOD: Garnet
For those who don't know how give/get threads work: Ping the person above you with a picture of the dragon you're sending, then send them a CR with that dragon. Whoever posts next will send you a dragon. You may do what you wish with said dragon; you can keep it, exalt it, sell it, or whatever else you want. Also, please put brackets around your post if you are not giving a dragon.
First person to post gets to post their theme for free! No need to send anyone a dragon; just post what you want.
