Flickering jack-o-lanterns were laid out along the path towards the laboratory and in front of the stone two lions, seemingly guarding the door. “Such jovial decorations for a place known for terrifying rumors of disappeared dragons and angry spirits. You pass through the threshold into this abandoned building, seemingly passing through time to a distant era when dragons were magitech engineers and their creations were reviled. The haunted passageways have been decorated with much more sinister decorations. A plague doctor stands near the door. Zombie and skeleton decorations were placed along tall cylinders. Broken pieces of lab equipment that hadn’t been moved in centuries adorned dusty counters. Were those vines real? Sconces held burning candles that emitted an eerie green, light.
