If you have clothes in mind for him, I'd keep him an adult, but he looks great as a permabab! It really shows off his eyes

Well, I'm probably biased, but I say make him a cute lil permabab! My first permabab is a Wildclaw haha. He looks really cute and it brings out his eyes since as an adult, they blend in more with his primary. He's a lovely boy though!!
