[size=1]I'll admit, I am very nervous posting this[/size] [center][b][size=4]A little bit of writing, a little bit of art, and a lot of me showing off some of my bois [s](don't tell the others)[/s][/size][/b][/center] ----- Less "lorebuilding" and more "character building". It didn't fit in the title, though. So, this guy here is actually based off of an OC of mine, and while he's got some basic personality stuff down, there's definitely a lot more out there I haven't given much thought to. I felt like this would be a good way to get a bit more info about him. :D Have your dragons ask questions! Have yourself ask questions! Request art! Chat! And that's cause Ren (the OC) is supposed to be an artist :D the style I imagine he would have is completely different from what I'm capable of, but since it's just me being me, it'll have to suffice (also yes, these doodles will be [b]free[/b]!) That being said, I probably won't draw everyone that posts (as much as I want to)-- but you're welcome to make a request! @Eversnow [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=50207574] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/502076/50207574_350.png[/img] [/url] Silas is way too nosy for his own good and after a lot of circling around in words and actions, finally asks Ren if he has to slow down his flying speed to compensate for the flowers, how many trial and error sessions and therefore renewals of flower obtainment it took to find the right combination, and also how much scent is wafted and how far. Without slowing to hear any answers yet he whirls to Xander and asks what he does if anyone is allergic to his accouterments. Finally having settled on the base starting questions, he pauses expectantly to listen.

Soft pinks and pastels weren't exactly her thing but it looked nice she supposed. She spotted the other gentle-looking imperial across the room sipping tea at a small table. She grinned and trotted over with an expression filled with confidence and curiosity. She sat across from him without a word, held up a paw and snapped her fingers. Instantly, another steaming cup of tea appeared in her open palm in a flash of pink light. Taking a sip of her newly conjured tea, Astrid peered over at Ren with that same smirk that held a smidgen of mischief and perhaps a bit of amusement. "So... It's Ren, right? What would you like to talk about?" Her voice was light and feminine but there was a kindness in it that betrayed her vaguely mischievously eyes and grin. [img]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/nm0z9g1pkrloiln/arcanebottom.png[/img] @Eversnow If you want to carry on a small conversation for development purposes I'll keep replying for a bit ^_^ Astrid is one of my newer characters. She's sassy, confident, and fearless but has a great sense of humor and is rather kind despite her cocky/mischievous attitude. She's a prodigy when it comes to using arcane magic and uses it all the time (usually quite flippantly). If you want to draw her you don't have to draw the Spellwrought Shardhide. As a human, the shardhide would be her hair (spiky messy hair of the same color as the shardhide.) Besides that, you can draw her however you see her :) go crazy if you want XD but its cool if you don't want to draw her either. I'm just having fun here.

His eyes glimmer with interest as he clears his throat. "Hello, my name is Shigure. I heard you were an artist, yes?" he asks, voice clear as day. "I was wondering, what medium do you use? His face barely shows emotion, but the way he shifts his paws slightly every now and then indicate he is at least a little nervous or unsure. "Mm, hello." he begins, voice deep and low compared to his brother's. He pauses for a moment, shifting his stature to look more confident and professional for a member of the Guard, then continues, "what is it that you write? Or, perhaps, what is your favorite thing to write?"
