According to both profile and Chronicles,the words "merciless" and "Mercenary" are not to be uttered lightly,in fact saying them is like flat out cursing the whole clan with the F word.

So the Umbral Protectors have any rank except military ones like warriors or even worse-assassins.
They are all defenders in some way and prefer not to meddle with the War that's raging.
With all that being said-
Tawtute-Heir and most elite ranked Fighter from tribe Daragonim.
Tawtute is a stoic,disciplined and distant dragon who prefers to observe before acting out in any way-be it to aid,harm or protect.
He is not oblivious neither blind to what is currently happening out there and as a Heir,future leader-it is his duty to keep his people safe.This is why he has been training in self defense as well as other arts of combat in order to become the strongest,most capable defender.
Tawtute has also taken a position of training young defenders,hunters and guards of both tribes-helping them get better and develop their own unique fighting style,tactics along the way.

Igniterra-Lead territory Guard and Scout of tribe Daragonim
Courageous,Bossy and precise-Igniterra is the lead guard that is tasked with frequently patrolling the Clan territories and reporting to the leaders so that a decision can be made.
She doesn't tolerate mistakes very well and prefers to patrol solo most of the time as she wants everything to be perfect-unlike her mate Silght.
Soleil-Magist and path finder
Soleil is an energetic,wise and bit cheeky dragon who although is not mates with Igniterra(it just didn't work as they tought it would,so they parted ways),he is still a member of her guarding party.
He prefers to not use his claws or teeth for fighting and use his magic for plant growth-an ability that comes really handy when having to deal with hostile intruders.
A common tactic of his is to observe his foes for a moment to see where they will go before making strong vines sping up beneath them and wrap around their bodies tightly.
Depending on what his leader says,as well as the Matriarch pair and Mythosymh's Karaha or Kerahe-he can either let the newcomer go or erase their memories of the territories and replace them with some happy ones that the other would see as dreams like walking through gorgeous meadows,flying over a magical forest-so on.
They would just wake up back in their dens,unharmed and healed as if nothing has ever happened before.
