I LOVE Lore! :D Honestly I can go on all day talking about my Dragons' Lore, but here's a summary about a few of mine that I particularly adore and love, with full details in their bios. :3 [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=24129267] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/241293/24129267_350.png[/img] [/url] (Milithinal, my Random Progen, the Second-In-Command/Co-Leader of the Clan, and the Sweetest Mom Ever!) Milithinal started the Clan with Galiwyth after she was outcasted from her group of Mirrors she had lived with because of her far too sweet personality. After having been struck down by lightning, Galiwyth saved her and took her to an abandoned Lair he had found to nurse her back to full health. At first, she had been suspicious of him - after all, she's learned that people don't help you unless they want something in return - but after realizing he was, indeed, just helping her because despite his taciturn and stern exterior, he was in fact a giant softy on the inside. Not wanting to be the cause of any of his pain, she decided to leave, but was still injured so she was caught unaware by some monsters. Galiwyth managed to make it in time to save her and after making up they decided to start a Clan together. Now, she's called the 'Mom' of the Clan, taking care of all the Clanmembers as if they were her own children, and she and Galiwyth love each other very much! Tarialia had always been part of Clan Paladin from almost as long as the Clan had been made. She doesn't really remember how she got to the tiny, newly made Clan that cold, windy night; she had been very sick, but she does remember leaving because of something awful, but she can never remember what. It had been Milithinal that had found her; and both she and Galiwyth took her in as a small hatchling, nursing her back to health, and even before then she could never remember ever experiencing such kindness. So, she stayed. She stayed, and she grew, and the Clan grew around her; and through all the comings and goings of the Clan, for all the tragic accidents that happened that took her fellow Clanmembers lives - that took her family members' lives - she stayed, and she wouldn't have it any other way. Demisec, and a Demi-girl, so she's kind of like my Dragsona in that way! - who's Mate is Shaw. :3) Isaria is the Clan's leading Potion Maker and Alchemist. She specializes in medicinal potions and simple Familiar-making Alchemy, but she's really good at all Alchemy, really. She came to the Clan after having been all but outcasted from her original as she was born Mute, and she took up traveling Sornieth (how she met Fotia, her faithful Blazing Goblin Familiar) in search of new ingredients so she could get better at her practice, seeing as it was really the only thing she felt she had left. But as my Clan has MANY scientists in it, when she came upon it she was immediately roped into teaching some of the other Dragons, all of whom accepted her even with the disability. And after much begging on the Clan's part and thinking of how nice it would be to have a home once again, she decided to stay.

(I freaking love lore [emoji=scroll][emoji=familiar heart]) Eternity is a caravan-like clan situated in the Shifting Expanse; this clan moves around Stormcatcher's domain, never staying in one place for too long. It can be a pain to find them and often times dragons get lost if they don't have a guide with them. If one wants to get in contact with Eternity, there's always a guide situated near the entrances/exits of major shops (trading post, AH, etc.) [url=http://flightrising.com/main.php?dragon=23458334] [img]http://flightrising.com/rendern/350/234584/23458334_350.png[/img] [/url] [b]Aer[/b] is the leader of Eternity (and my random progen); she ran away from her troupe for reasons she doesn't want to remember and soon created a caravan full like-minded dragons. This marked the beginning of Eternity. Even though Aer was elected to lead the clan, she wishes for simpler times and eagerly waits for when Emperor is ready to take her place. Emperor is devoted to the clan and is not above using underhanded tactics to protect his clanmates. In the meantime, [b]Clockwork[/b] is in charge of taking in and distributing requests from dragons. The main source of income for Eternity comes in the form of requests. Need someone to escort you as you make your way through a hostile territory? Eternity has the perfect dragon! Pesky Beastclans? No problem! Eternity takes any and all requests, even the unsavory ones... "[i]Eternity is not responsible for any consequences that may happen to the requester(s) after a mission is finished.[/i]"

He's often sent on dangerous missions for the Clan and prefers to work alone, but he has some good friends, apart from Gloomwillow, that are helping him become more sociable, those friends being Fireclaw and Clarity.[/center][/columns]

He is the mayor of a sleepy little town he built called Nightshade, a place for his kind to stay safe and out of the sunlight. He created the Nightshade clan by accident while looking for his lost charge, Alexine, who is also his mate. He is a very invested leader and does everything he can to ensure the safety, comfort and support of his town. He is a vampire and while not entirely weak to sunlight, he finds it uncomfortable to be in, this fueled him to build a town that is nestled deep in the forest, as the tree canopies filter out most of the rays. She is the first member of the city council and is usually the one who helps Salvatore finalize his decisions. She's super quiet and is hardly ever seen without him somewhere nearby, as the two look out for each other like siblings. She feels as if she must protect him as he has saved her life on several occasions. She helped fund important aspects of Nightshade, such as the library, the statues in the town square and the city hall. While the boat is currently retired, Aquian and Sal are still as close as ever, and enjoy sitting around bonfires at night telling stories of their past adventures. While not a member of the city council, Aquian's input is still important to Salvatore and he often helps Sal find ways to improve Nightshade and keep its residents happy. Since his boat is retired, he has taken up to running a shop with his mate, Everglade, where they sell enchanted jewelry and spell books.

It all started with the two of them just wandering together. Because they weren't opposed to lone dragons joining them, their group slowly started growing... and growing more... and more... They've always been nomadic, but as the clan's members became more numerous constant travel became increasingly difficult. So they bought an airship. That made the clan stronger and more stable, perhaps even self-sufficient. The clan currently numbers 63 dragons and most of them have set jobs. He carries letters to and from the ship, mostly facilitating communication with bigger settlements, cities and friendly clans. Isn't he the cutest little sap-booger? Erm...one could say such a nickname might literally be true, because this little one miraculously formed out of the rich sap of a tree that sprouted from a seed of the Behemoth. While stories of such things are often told tales, few actually encountered a dragon that came into being like this. The clan is more than honored he wanted to stay with them. His birth into this world is not the only unusual thing about this moppet. Apparently he doesn't age, or at least isn't growing into adulthood. Most of his favorite pastimes are also child games, like chasing bugs around without intending to actually eat them. He also loves when someone reads stories to him. Some days during the summer this is the only way to get him to sit still. On winter days however he is generally slothful and prefers to huddle into lots of blankets with his favorite plushie and lots of books. Most clan-members think his temper closely resembles the natural cycles of plants, with the most active phase during summer and a resting phase during winter. Despite her often testy and gruff attitude she is one of the best in her field and loves learning about new discoveries and the latest techniques of healing. But with the hunter's habit of coming back bruised and roughed up by various dangerous creatures (because somehow, in their words, the best food keeps being found in the vicinity of huge, wild beasts) and the clan's fighters constant offer of training inexperienced dragons, she has a lot of work on her claws. Sometimes too much. Needless to say, this isn't helping her mood one bit. Druantia was a real surprise for the clan. One day an obviously lost egg was found lying near a creek on the outskirts of the clan's hunting grounds.The hunters brought it back to the lair and the old leaders didn't need long for their decision to view this lonely egg as a present from the Gladekeeper. They immediately began to hatch it on a rotating basis. Since no one can know who her biological parents are, Druantia is a child of the whole clan. She was loved and cared for by everyone and she quickly became known for her insatiable curiosity and aptitude for alchemy. She has a huge garden full with medicinal herbs and poisonous plants and she's always on the lookout for new ones. This became an immense help for the Clan doctor, Kashada, who now at least doesn't have to spend her time seeking or buying potion ingredients on top of her workload.

The clan is filled with magic and magic imbued items. With these, mages and others are drawn here with the idea of study and skill. Many will pass as many will stay, it is a welcoming place with and abundance of life. Most notable in the clan is the use of life magic, whether it be on others or on plants. Many come to study under dragons who have mastered the way of healing and botany. Flowers and herbs line the outer walls and the roots seep inside. Gardens are bountiful and plenty as they are regularly tended. It is a neutral clan that opens its gates to beast clan. She finds all life valuable and will sneak out to help exalted dragons. She has a deep fascination with magic but has never been able to use it, was infected by pink chalcedony when trying to harvest some. It claims to be an immensely powerful being, but has only ever been seen doing minor pranks at most.[/columns] [columns][b]Jasper[/b] is a gifted mage from the Starwood Strand who came to Clan Embershroud in order to hone his pyromancy!! She's considered an ancient guardian ancestor by many of the clan's natives, and serves as a guide for young hatchlings and travellers passing through the Obsidian Keep's outskirts.
