They're also in fitting locations, which are primarily chosen for aesthetic reasons to fit the theme.

Hidden amidst the twisting paths and foliage, doorways rest in a myriad of unusual places. Some brush them off as decorations, for surely such doors could never lead anywhere but to the back of a brick wall. . . but indeed they open. Some onto strange rooms located a thousand miles away while others connect to other timelines or realities all together. The gardeners tend to these rifts, erecting doorways to mark their entrances. . . or to seal them so that nothing may pass through.

They work to bring hope and happiness to the surrounding clans, and spread the tales of the Gardens, to hopefully rejuvenate those that are dying out. Strung in a massive dead tree, which dragons hollowed out the branches of to fill with soil, letting vines and flowers grow out of the husk. Lanterns dot the branches and the pathway up from the dark forest floor.

Crumbling ruins and dark fog surround this Garden on all sides, with the only light coming as weak rays from above.

By day, the garden plants are drab green, the flowers closed up tight. But when night falls, the garden awakens, bioluminescence pulsing through branches and leaves, flowers unfurling to drink up the light of the moon and the stars. While it is a lovely place for a midnight stroll, those who are actually allowed entrance are few: The garden is jealously guarded by its Senior Overseer, Amaryllis, and just as carefully tended by the clan's horticulturists and herbalists, who harvest rare magical and medicinal substances from the night-blooming plants.

_____Acres of tiered, labyrinthine gardens stretch outwards from the walls of the Cathedral of Eyes. Hidden amidst the twisting paths and foliage, doorways rest in a myriad of unusual places. Some brush them off as decorations, for surely such doors could never lead anywhere but to the back of a brick wall. . . but indeed they open. Some onto strange rooms located a thousand miles away while others connect to other timelines or realities all together. The gardeners tend to these rifts, erecting doorways to mark their entrances. . . or to seal them so that nothing may pass through.

____Perched precariously on a set of short cliffs facing the Sea of a Thousand Currents and proudly presenting its colors for all eyes to see, the Garden of Glory is a lively hub for trade, gossip, and clamorous boasting about one's latest heroic (or not) endeavours. Rumor has it that this Garden was created by an old crew of pirates who wished to settle down but still engage in money-making activities, something mainly reflected by the fact that the plant-derived spices and exotic tropical fruits grown within the city's walls are some of the most popular goods in the city.
____If they seek power, one must remember that with glory comes money and with money comes glory...

The Shrieking Wilds

____A relatively old Garden, created by a group of dragons that had heard the dying stories of the Garden of Peace. They work to bring hope and happiness to the surrounding clans, and spread the tales of the Gardens, to hopefully rejuvenate those that are dying out. Strung in a massive dead tree, which dragons hollowed out the branches of to fill with soil, letting vines and flowers grow out of the husk. Lanterns dot the branches and the pathway up from the dark forest floor.

____While most Gardens are beacons of life, despite this one spanning a large area, it seems to give off the feeling of decay and sorrow. Nestled within a lighter area of the Hewn City, this Garden is dedicated to preserving specimens that give insight to the past, be it via magical visions or historical importance. Crumbling ruins and dark fog surround this Garden on all sides, with the only light coming as weak rays from above.

____Also popularly called "the Terrace Garden", the Garden of Night is located on one of the upper floors of the Disillusionists' main lair. By day, the garden plants are drab green, the flowers closed up tight. But when night falls, the garden awakens, bioluminescence pulsing through branches and leaves, flowers unfurling to drink up the light of the moon and the stars. While it is a lovely place for a midnight stroll, those who are actually allowed entrance are few: The garden is jealously guarded by its Senior Overseer, Amaryllis, and just as carefully tended by the clan's horticulturists and herbalists, who harvest rare magical and medicinal substances from the night-blooming plants.
