Found this shadow egg while scavenging and decided not to sell it like I usually do, but hatch it instead.
The results, well I am very happy, almost perfect.

I kinda got my favourite too, the gen 1 I have bought have all been brownish primary, green secondary. And this little one kinda came with that combo.

theflamebreath yeah she has a unlucky combo, but I must say the outfit and skin look really rad, and yeah oftentimes I feel like the story is more important than the look. I have kept some dragons that I don’t like the look of as much anymore just because of the history we have and the reasons I got them in the first place, still working on regening some of them now and again, testing to see if the new genes will make them fit in better.

This guy was born on my birthday with much more unfortunate colours (along the lines of leaf/black/violet) and was the only scatter I ever attempted
When I saw the outcome, with matching wings and a tert that kinda worked I settled and am still very pleased with him.

I was going to get rid of him at first with those awful colours he had, but then I played around the scrying a bit and came up with this total mess of a look that somehow works and has worked for him ever since.

But the best thing that has happened to him is the Noxtide gene. When it came out I dumped all my savings into him and are quite satisfied
